- Handling your enquiries and requests for quotations — legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and consent (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Managing the import, registration and delivery of the vehicle — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- Complying with legal, tax and customs obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.

We retain the data for the duration of the relationship and subsequently for the legally required retention periods (tax, commercial and customs).
