These terms govern the vehicle sourcing, importing and brokering services and the supply of parts provided by SCG Cars GmbH.

1. Quotations and prices

The prices and availability shown are indicative and subject to written confirmation. Prices for vehicles registered in the Canary Islands are subject to the taxes and fees applicable at the time of the transaction.

2. Import process

• Enquiry and personalised quotation.
• Reservation and purchase of the vehicle in its country of origin.
• Inspection and preparation.
• Transport, customs formalities and taxes.
• Delivery to the agreed destination.

3. Payments

Payment terms are detailed in each accepted quotation. Reserving a vehicle may require an initial payment.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on availability, transport and customs formalities.

5. Warranty

Vehicles are covered by the warranty required by the applicable rules and, where relevant, by the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law and the applicable European rules, without prejudice to the rights that consumer protection law grants to customers residing in Spain.
